Descripció
- Optimize preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance activities.
- ·Diagnose and resolve issues in electronic, electrical and automated systems (sensors, drives, control systems).
- Develop and standardize maintenance procedures, work instructions and technical documentation.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
- Analyze equipment performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Implement and enhance maintenance management systems and KPIs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Production, Quality and SHE teams.
- Contribute to the evolution of the maintenance strategy toward reliability excellence.
