Descripció
We are looking for passionate team players to start as soon as possible as Technical Customer Support Specialist * (temporary contract – one year)
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Support customers in product selections, cross referencing and in case of product release and phase out
- Use Cross-Selling potentials
- Support sales in technical issues
- Advise customers on the phone (technical and commercial) and as an operator on Live Chat
- Perform application tests and document the results
- 1st level qualification of complaints and processing of goodwill
- Find alternative products concerning delivery time
- Customer consulting for sensor applications
- Provide hotline and ticket-support to customers in the country
